Yeah, that's why a woman also voted for it. What a ridiculous assertion.

Show me where the Constitution says abortion is a constitutional right.

And you mention funding religious schools. I bet you think that's from the "separation of church and state" part of the Constitution. Find where it includes that and I will give you $100K.

I've not read the opinions of the religious case(s), but your interpretation is in err on so many other points, so I refuse to blindly accept what is so far left-minded rhetoric, not the rule of law, as has been so insisted upon over the last six years.

And the court ruled trial lawyers couldn't sue the hell out of a poorly-compensated police officer as an individual for failing to Mirandize a person in their custody for whatever reason.

It did not limit the ability to enforce Miranda. In cases where it's proved an officer did this with malicious intent, any good attorney of course would name the officer, but it seems you might understand that no trial attorney will file a civil case seeking significant damages without naming additional parties with much, much deeper pockets.

You must support judges who make law from the bench rather than interpreting them. Our judicial system was created for the latter purpose, not for activist judges.

That is what's not democracy.

Thank goodness this court is finally putting a stop to judicial fiat, and getting back to what's included in the Constitution.

And so what if Thomas mentioned those things. There are eight other justices on the court. Just because he said it doesn't mean any of the others concur.

Yesterday I heard on the news that since the Roe fiat was instituted, 67 Million babies had been killed. Think of where you might be had you been one of them. I guarantee you, in 50 years after Dobbs, there are not going to be 67 Million women who have died from having an abortion.

This matter goes back to each state. Indeed, where representation is more in tune with the people who live there. Not like the 76,999 people in each of our Congressional districts represented by one official. Yes, there are trigger laws, but it sounds like there are a number of states where they've created trigger laws of their own to guarantee abortions.
