Five points to consider in setting up a protest like the Freedom Convoy

Freedom Convoy Organizer Tom Marazzo says their event is only about Canadian government mandates. But what lessons are their to learn about organizing similar events in other democracies when authoritarian and tyrannical elected officials are in co-hoots with Big-Tech and the liberal, lapdog mainstream media?

Lessons learned from the Canadian trucker Freedom Convoy protests

Protest organizers may learn much from how Canadian authoritarian-elite government officials, Big-Tech, and the mainstream news media have responded to the Canadian Freedom Convoy.

To their credit, the group of Canadian international truck drivers protesting across our northern democratic neighbor are still going strong despite:

  • Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the Ottawa Police Chief Peter Sloly have denounced the truckers as “seditionists,” “Terrorists,” and the U.S. Speaker of the House’s favorite cliché, “insurrectionists.”
  • Facebookdeplatforming” groups made by truckers protesting mandates made via the PM’s governmental overreach. GoFundMe was about to convert $10 million raised by the Freedom Convoy to charities of the platform’s own choice. Black Lives Matter, with it’s own reported $60 million bookkeeping problems, being one of the most likely recipients.
  • Liberal Canadian and U.S. news media have used many of their tricks to paint everyone involved with tainted messages instead of the one espoused by…
