An open letter to Tim Cook of Apple
Switching from Safari to Chrome, Again
Apple, I am not happy about doing this one darned bit.
Dear Tim Cook:
I’m writing to let you know I am switching from Apple’s Safari to Google’s Chrome browser on my Macs. Again.
Doing this makes me angry.
For one, for what I’ve spent on Apple products since my conversion date, Oct. 11, 2007, this is unacceptable. But lately, Chrome works better than Safari.
Using Chrome is not costing me time and increasing my cortisol levels. But for now, I’ve had enough.
I’ve switched from Safari to Chrome before and was not happy.
In my near 15 years of living life absent the Windoze, “Blue Screen of Death,” this has happened before. Safari got bogged down. Got wonky.
And so, regretting the move, I made Chrome my default browser.
In time, Apple changed their internet browser, and I have used Safari since.
