Part one of an SEO Keyword Series
Shocking SEO ‘How to…’ Results
My eldest daughter: ‘This almost feels like an invasion of privacy!’
Last month, two Fiverr.com sellers used the expensive search engine optimization website, Ahrefs.com, to provide me the results for the keyword seeds: “How to…” and the “best X for Y.”
One seller charged me $10 for each and provided me 5,000 results for each term. The other charged me $10 for each term and provided me 5,400 results for the two terms. One other stipulation was that I wanted the search limited to 20 cents and under. I did this to find words easy to rank for with low competition.
Many of the results are helpful. More on them in future posts.
But an amazing number of the results are “interesting,” if not downright frightening. In what’s following, I have not established “searcher intent.” On their own, they show a minute yet dark side of humanity.
