Oh gosh, I remember that plane crash in DC and thinking at the time how absolutely miserable that must be for the dead, the survivors, and first responders. I don't think about that flight when I fly, but I read a survival book a few years ago that teaches to look where the vests are supposed to be before taking a seat, etc. And I read Austin Harvey's piece this week on book cover design and hav considered writing the piece many times myself. Many modern book covers look like a toddler got hold of four or five colors of spray paint cans and created a mess. And I'm sorry, I don't subscribe to the "climate change" mythology. Remember, a decade ago it was called "global warming," but the gungho had to stop calling it that because the temperature stopped going up. Last week, we had the world's autocratic leaders in Devos moving forward of their hidden agenda BS. Many/most of them not elected, but have subsumed the roles of being the deciders of what humanity is and isn't going to become. Ultimately, if you follow the money and who suffers the lust for power, then you can identify the root problems behind the climate agenda. If you go back through history, nearly every generation has a tale, @umarhaque, about how they are the last of what's good in the world. And yet here we are....
