My mother ordered a Bose TV speaker system from AMZ on Dec. 24th. It's still not here as of the 13th of January. After reading this, I'm beginning to think Mom's going to be out $200-plus. I'm going to print this for her and encourage her to get active on the matter today. I'm also learning that Amazon doesn't give a flying F when the USPS marks that an item has been delivered, when it hasn't. While wintering in Montgomery, AL after tent camping in Upper Michigan all summer, I have four packages Amazon says will arrive today, but as of 0811 this morning, tracking says they haven't even left ATL. So, I really think it's time for legal action. Members of the USPS are committing fraud by saying they have scanned something and delivered it to our doorstep when they have not. Does Amazon seem to care? Three guesses and two of them don't count. The USPS here in 36109 cares even less.
