We Aren’t Doomed to Monkeypox

ONE confirmed case of Monkeypox in the U.S. is no reason to declare the next worldwide health emergency.

Monkeypox is here in America. Yesterday there was ONE confirmed case, and SIX suspected cases. In a country of 300 Million people.

If today you read Jessica Wildfire’s post about the subject, oh my.

She locked on to President Joe Biden Sunday saying, “Americans should be concerned about Monkeypox.” As if, by golly, words coming out of Joe’s mouth are divine!

And to that, if that’s the crux for a panic attack, hold the phone and calm the hell down.

According to Fortune, May 24, 2022, “on Monday, Biden backtracked those comments, saying the country has ‘vaccines to take care of it.’”

“I just don’t think it rises to the level of the kind of concern that existed with COVID-19,” Biden said.

Biden said it, so it’s so?
