Seven men deserve war criminal indictments for not stopping Putin’s invasion of Ukraine and plans for former Soviet countries

What can we do now to stop Putin?

It makes no difference whether agree. Sanctions against Russian President Vladimir Putin with a “substantial cost” are not working.

Sanctions have failed to effect authoritarian regimes with clear objectives throughout history.
