At 56, and spending 20 of my first 23 years of life living in an Air Force B-52 instructor pilot family, I'm not as shocked as others about such threats. I was around 14 when I realized if Dad ever took off while on Alert, he wouldn't ever come back, and there wouldn't be any of us left at home anyway.

So using words and playing with them as we moved my 32 times in life, became something of a release for me. But like I said in the previous reply, there's nothing like a good walk or two or three throughout the day to clear the mind....
