Aldous Huxley's, 1958 magazine article turned into book as "Brave New World Revisited," written 20 years after the publication of "BNW" and after he told Orwell, BNW was closer to what will happen than 1984. Chapter I of BNW Revisited is called "Over-population." There he predicts the rise of more and more militant governments and the need for stricter rule. Consequently, he also predicts the deaths of a billion people.
